NEVER AGAIN!!

NEVER AGAIN!!
This is now my second bad review on here in regards to an order I made MONTHS ago and they will not stop sending me emails about my first bad review. It took multiple emails for them to give me a fraction of my money back when the dress came and did not fit me and looked cheap. The only reason they gave me part of my money back is becuase I wrote a bad review then they finally agreed ONLY IF I took my bad review down. I intally took my review down, but then thought people deserve to know how bad the service is, so I wrote another review. They have been now sending me WEEKLY emails to tell me to take that review down. They have become such a nuisence that I am now writing another review about them bothering me. I rarely write reviews but I am sick of them bothering me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Always welcoming and supportive. Shopping online is quick and simple. Huge selection of apparel for people of all ages and body types. Appreciate the click and collect option because it reduces postage expenses. Returns, if necessary, are hassle-free. Definitely would recommend them!

Absolutely gorgeous attire

Absolutely gorgeous attire! I voiced my worry that they could have advised me to test it after getting my dress, which had a small amount of colour glitter out of place, they responded well and helped me in every possible way. The most helpful answer and customer service encounter I've ever had with a brand

I ordered 2 tops back in June 2022

I ordered 2 tops back in JUne 2022. I have never recieved my order. I finally reached out to the email provided and 2 months later they keep saying that the tracking shows my order was delivered. I checked my cameras on that day and nothing was placed by my front door. Then they said i could pay shipping and they would resend my order. I still have not received my refund or can get in touch with a live person. The customer tickets seems odd coming in only at 2:30am. I think this is a scam and I will be blasting them on facebook and disputing my money with the bank. I did contact the post office. That tracking number does not register to my address.

Didn’t refund me then tried to bribe me

So I wrote a review about a week ago about a parcel that never arrived. IT IS LEGALLY THE COMPANIES RESPONSIBILITY TO REFUND THE CUSTOMER THEN CLAIM THOUGH THE COURIERS INSURANCE. Fairy season decided they were above the law and have continuously denied my refund request. I still don’t have a refund, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with and I wanted to share it here to warn people not to buy with this company. This morning I received an email saying they would give me 50% of my refund as long as I removed my review, blackmail or bribery whatever you want to call it it just proves my previous points. Absolutely shocking and beyond unethical, avoid at all costs

Do not order from this site

Do not order from this site. I've been going back and forth on emails about a swimming suit that the send me in the wrong size. I order 4 swimming suits same size Small and then send me one in Medium. Trying to send it back or get refund for their mistake. First they came back stating the item I ordered runs 2 sizes small so that's why the send me a medium. Does not make sense when they send 3 swimming suits in small that I order. Then they came back with 20% refund on a $12.99 swimming suit. Then came back with 40% refund. All I asked was a full refund or return item at their expense but they refused both. Bad customer service and the smalls that I order are all different sizes. They are definately not measure correctly. Do not order from them because you will get the run around.

Order I placed in June never received. Making it as difficult as possible to get replacement or refund. Would NOT RECOMMEND ordering.

Good Afternoon, I just placed an order today 05/04/2017. I paid for standard shipping, which is 8-12 business days. Will I receive these items by at least 12th business day??

A:

Mine took much longer. I wouldn't bet on it. FYI. Quality and sizing of items are terrible. No returns.

Yes, I have a question about FairySeason. Where is the company located? I placed an order for 4 pairs of socks on December 8, 2016. Order Confirmation says your order will ship in 3 to 8 days and you will receive email when your order is shipped. No email received - Order has not been received. How can we get money back on order never received?

Thats just it, they wont refund your money! They only wanted me to accept 15%of what i paid like it was my fault! When i saw china i said nope id probably spend mire on shipping than what i paid! NEVER AGAIN!

You will not get your order and even when you do, you will be extremely disappointed. I can't actually understand how this company is allowed to do business here. I was sent a broken, cheap looking purse and they WILL NOT refund. I've ordered from similar sites and have never had a problem.

Has anyone found a way to get their money back from this company? I ordered something for christmas in a christmas pattern late november and just recieved it in the wrong size and color. Absolutely no customer service, any ideas? Also, has anyone gotten anywhere on reporting them and where should I report them?

A:

Me, too. Received a moisture sensor, didn't order it. I don't know if we were charged for it or not.

I received a professional heater for waxing to melt the wax. I didn't order this! Have no use for it. I don't know if I ordered something else from amazon, or another company and was sent this by mistake, or how they got my info. Or if I was charged.

It takes months, I recommend disputing it with your bank to get your money back, IF you get it, its poor quality.
